In an attempt to cope emotionally with the loss of his mother, Daniel goes out into the desert one morning for what his therapist calls a “spirit quest.” Unfortunately, his trip goes from spiritual to horrifying as he inadvertently becomes responsible for the death of two hikers. Now he must work with his black sheep brother Jerry to dispose of the hikers’ bodies before he gets into trouble with the law. Not quite the grieving process he was expecting…
